Our Tackle Twill lettering is a NO SEW process. It provides the classic traditional look and feel of tackle twill letters but without the additional higher costs of actually sewing. Each Poly Twill letter is permanantly sealed using a laser heat cut process to prevent edges from fraying. The poly twill designs are applied by state of the art heat seal equipment for maximum durability. The applications are highly durable and permanent.
