Heat Seal uses the combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the garment. Heat Seal has the high gloss look that makes the colors really stand out to the crowd. Heat applied team names have improved dramatically over the years. Heat seal garments can be machine-washed and will last for years if cared for properlyAll team names are applied by our art department with state of the art HEAT-SEAL equipment. We only use Stahl’s Hotronix Heat Seal machines which are considered the best in the industry. Our machines provide the most durable heat seal production possible. We recommend this method for most of our jerseys, however there are times when screenprinting may be a better choice. Screen Printing is a another option for team names and logos. WE CAN ONLY SCREEN PRINT UPPER LEFT CHEST LOCATION ON BUTTON FRONT BASEBALL JERSEYS. WE CAN NOT SCREEN PRINT ACROSS THE BUTTONS.
Screen printing is the process of permanently bonding a special type of ink to a garment. Screen printing has more of a Matte finish when compared to Heat Seal and offers a soft feel.

If your logo is fairly basic, many times you can save money by using our Heat Seal Templates or Screen Printing Templates/Mascots(Upper Left Chest Only) to re-create a similar look. See below for links to our templates.
If you can not re-create a similar look with our templates and you have quality artwork we can work with, then you will want to select a CUSTOM team name. For logos going across the buttons you will want to select CUSTOM HEAT SEAL. Not all logos can be done across the buttons. For upper left chest logos less than 25 jerseys or for upper left chest logos with more than 2 colors you will want to select a CUSTOM HEAT SEAL.
