Heat Seal is the industry's most popular method for applying team names to your team uniforms. Heat Seal uses the combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the garment. Heat Seal has the high gloss look that makes the colors really stand out to the crowd. Heat applied team names have improved dramatically over the years. Heat seal garments can be machine-washed and will last for years if cared for properlyAll team names are applied by our art department with state of the art HEAT-SEAL equipment. We only use Stahl’s Hotronix Heat Seal machines which are considered the best in the industry. Our machines provide the most durable heat seal production possible. We recommend this method for most of our jerseys, however there are times when screenprinting may be a better choice. Screen Printing is a another option for team names and logos. Screen printing or silk screen is the process of permanently bonding a special type of ink to a garment. Screen printing has more of a Matte finish when compared to Heat Seal and offers a soft feel.
Screen Printing, like Heat Seal, offers a quality look that will last for years if cared for properly. See the advantages and disadvantages to the right.
Tackle Twill provides the classic traditional look and feel of tackle letters but without the additional higher costs of actually sewing. Our Tackle Twill lettering is a NO SEW process. Each Poly Twill letter is permanantly sealed using a laser heat process to prevent edges from fraying. The poly twill letters are applied by state of the art heat seal equipment for maximum durability. The applications are highly durable and permanent.
