All player names are applied by our experienced graphics department with state of the art HEAT-SEAL equipment. We only use Stahl’s Hotronix Heat Seal machines which are considered the best in the industry. Our machines provide the most durable heat seal production possible. In addition to the high quality machines we use the highest grade film transfer on the market. Our film transfer material is manufactured from the industry leader. There are other "less expensive" alternatives, but we have chosen not to sacrifice quality.

Tackle Twill provides the classic traditional look of sewn on tackle twill numbers & letters but without the additional higher costs of actually sewing. Our Tackle Twill lettering is a NO SEW process. Each Poly Twill number / letter is zig-zag stitched at the edges to give the look of actual sewn on tackle twill. The edges are permanantly sealed with a laser to prevent fraying. The sport stitch numbers / letters are applied by state of the art heat seal equipment for maximum durability.
